The location was marvelous, at a medium distance from Freiburg Cathedral. We were very close to the tourist spots in the city. - the hotel is situated near a shopping center in a quaint side street.

Many insects in the bathroom; ventilator insufficient during summer time - air conditior is highly recommended, especially for room on the 3rd floor (under the roof!) - boiling hot during night time.

My family and I recently stayed at the Stadthotel Freiburg Kolping Hotel. We liked the fact that although it is in the town centre is it situated in a quiet street---hardly any noise from traffic. We also appreciated the staff's prompt response to our requests. Thank you.

The breakfast was amazing for all tastes, the best I had in Freiburg im Breisgau. the staff were really helpful and useful, overall. - the location was nice, relatively near Freiburg Cathedral.

The environment of the hotel is so nice,we can find beautiful scenery from our room window.The bath room is big in size.

Showerhead too low for people over 6 feet/1.8 Meters tall. Internet was down while I was there. Staff was apologetic, but seemed to lack concern for getting it fixed. In a business class hotel. Come on.

For the price of the hotel, it was a very comfortable room, very clean and great location in town. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the area. The buffet breakfast was also very nice with lots of options.

The economy queen room had a spacious bed, and the proximity to the city center and train station made it convenient.

This hotel is quiet luxurious for the price you pay. We had a big, very comfortable modern room and bathroom for two persons for 104 euro per night. Good bed, good shower, and it was quiet. Location a few minutes walk from centrum. Good bar (though expensive); we could not get whisky or other after-dinner drinks in town but could order them at the hotel.

We decided to go to the outside terrace to have a drink. No service even though the terrace was officially open!

The location was magnificent and perfect for walking around an abstract equestrian monument. There were a main shopping street and shopping streets around the hotel. Good restaurant provided regional dishes.
